Chef Jon St. Peter
Chef Jon St. Peter began his culinary career at Chariho high school's
culinary vocational program. After several years of experience and a move
halfway across the nation he pursued and associates in applied sciences in
culinary arts and a certified culinarian certificate with the American Chef's
Association through an apprenticeship program with Colorado Mountain Culinary
Institute. Upon graduation, Jon continued his work experience at the Keystone
Ranch then began assisting and finally teaching at Colorado Culinary Institute
in Grand Junction, Colorado. Chef Jon currently serves as a full time chef
instructor at CCA. In addition to moonlighting with various food and beverage
organizations, competing, and working on his executive certification, Chef Jon
is happily married and busy raising two fantastic boys, elk hunting and building
primitive archery equipment.
