
Rotisserie Pig Roast
I have a heavy duty rotisserie that will hold up to a 150 pound dressed pig.
Here is one just about to come off the spit after roasting for 10 hours.

We take the finished pig to a table for pictures before carving and serving.

If it is a Western Pig Roast theme, we usually are asked to bring along our
famous Smoked Jalapeno Ranch Beans.

Sometimes we are asked for a Luau Theme, so we bring along the "Big Kahuna" and
the pig of course!

This hall was fun and full of happy "Hawaiians"
