
Ranch Style Potato Salad
Ingredients:
3 large all purpose potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
3 tablespoons, red bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon
paprika
salt and
Naughty Nelly's Deadly Twelve Pepper Blend or a few cranks of the peppermill,
to taste
1 scallion, sliced
Preparations:
Scrub your potatoes and peel them. Cut them into uniform ½ pieces and put them
and the salt into a pot and cover with cold water. Cook until fork tender and
drain. Set aside.
Combine the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, celery, peas, red bell pepper and
paprika and whisk to incorporate. Adjust seasoning with salt and
Naughty Nelly's Deadly Twelve Pepper Blend or a few cranks of the peppermill.
Add potatoes and mix gently. Chill for at least an hour before serving. Garnish
with sliced scallions
