Dear Dave, Just a quick note to say thanks to you and Pammy for providing catering services for the Cardone family this past February. They were thoroughly impressed with your culinary talents. We greatly appreciate you “clearing” your schedule and making the trip to Steamboat to accommodate their requests. Dear Chef Dave and Pamela, Wanted to let you know how much I appreciated having you as our "Chef of the Week" at Bella Vista.
