A Taste of Italy
You don’t have to live in Italy to live like an Italian!
Hearts of Romaine and Creamy Gorgonzola-Balsamic Dressing topped with Roasted
Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto
The combination of rich Italian Gorgonzola, Honey and Balsamic vinegar is a
perfect match for hearty romaine. Topped with asparagus that has been roasted in
good quality olive oil brings out its earthy flavor. Wrapping it in delicate and
savory Prosciutto makes it a delicacy.

Baked Brie with Olive Oil Seared Garlic and Kalamata Olives
The technique of blanching and then searing the garlic cloves in rich olive oil
makes them sweet and tender. Paired with imported Kalamata Olives for a true
Italian flavor. Served with fresh crostini, Nita Crisp Crackers and apple
slices.

Classic Pesto with Penne Pasta
Pesto is one of the most popular and celebrated sauces in Italian cuisine. Pesto
is best when used immediately after it is prepared. We will toss it with penne
pasta and a bit of the pasta water.

Chicken Scallopine Piccata
This classic dish is prepared with lemon, butter, olive oil, garlic and capers
and served over braised spinach. The addition of lemon slices and large green
olives makes it spectacular.
Fresh Berries and Grapes in Sweet Rose and Balsamic Marinade
A salad or a dessert? Could either, but one thing for sure…the combination of
flavors is irresistible!
