Chef Florian Wehrli

Chef Florian Wehrli is the former head chef for a Zagat Guide top-ranked restaurant in Las Vegas. Chef Florian Wehrli’s signature style is based on his classical culinary training in France and Switzerland blended with his years of experience creating innovative menu items for American palates. Chef Florian Wehrli will be teaching a cooking class at Salud! a new cooking school at Whole Foods Market in Fort Collins.
