Columbine and Bakery in Fort Collins, Colorado. He won the Steel Chef
Competition presented by Viking in the Whole Foods Pavilion this year over an
impressive group of Coloradoan chefs. He has worked at the Eaton Country Club, for
the Marriot Corporation and for Chef Prudhomme. Chef Ernie is married to Chef
Evey Post from Chimney Park
Bistro,
and they live in Fort Collins. |
